What are the shipping rates? How soon will I receive my order?

All orders ship for a flat rate. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-6 business days after your order is placed. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

- Can you ship outside the US/Canada?

Orders shipped outside the US and Canada can be placed on the Petrol Supply Co. store on Etsy.

- Am I responsible for Customs/VAT/GST fees?

Yes - shipments outside the US may incur customs/VAT/GST fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

- Are digital downloads available?

Digital downloads are not available.

- Is a frame included with the print?

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Prints DO NOT come framed.

- Can I change the colors of the cars or change the specifications?

Prints cannot be customized and/or personalized.

- What sizes are available?

Prints are available in three sizes - 12x18 (inches), 18x24 (inches), or 24x36 (inches).

- How are prints produced? What type of paper do you use for the prints? 

Prints are produced with archival inks on matte, premium acid-free paper to ensure crisp, thick, and vibrant prints that can be hung on their own or in a frame.

- How are items packaged and shipped?

Prints are rolled and mailed in cardboard tubes or boxes to ensure protection during shipment.

- What happens if my order is lost during shipping?

If your order is lost during shipping, I will send out a replacement.

- What happens if my order was damaged during shipping?

Send me a photo of the damaged product and I'll gladly send a replacement.
