If you would like a refund, send your products back to me and I will refund the full purchase price back to your credit card. Products must be in new, unused condition, and return shipping must be prepaid.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, send your product back to me and email me with the size for the replacement. The replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. Products must be in new, unused condition, and return shipping must be prepaid.
If your order is lost during shipping, I will send out a replacement.
If you received an irregular or defective product, or your order is damaged during shipping, send me a photo of the damaged product and I will gladly send a replacement.
